Je to ak\u00fdsi popla\u0161n\u00fd sign\u00e1l potreby odpo\u010dinku, preto\u017ee sp\u00f4sobuje pokles v\u00fdkonnosti aj pozornosti. \u013dudia na \u0148u reaguj\u00fa r\u00f4zne. Bu\u010f skon\u010dia pr\u00edli\u0161 skoro a pr\u00e1cu potom mus\u00ed za nich dokon\u010di\u0165 niekto in\u00fd, alebo pracuj\u00fa dokia\u013e im sta\u010dia sily (pocit \u00fanavy zah\u00e1\u0148aj\u00fa k\u00e1vou alebo r\u00f4znymi chemick\u00fdmi povzbudzuj\u00facimi prostriedkami). Pri pas\u00edvnom odpo\u010dinku ust\u00e1vame od ka\u017edej \u010dinnosti, ni\u010d\u00edm sa u\u017e nezaober\u00e1me. Akt\u00edvny odpo\u010dinok spo\u010d\u00edva vo vystriedan\u00ed aktivity, ktor\u00e1 n\u00e1s unavila, aktivitou in\u00e9ho druhu.<br \/>\nOrganizmus oby\u010dajne nie je pri pr\u00e1ci rovnomerne za\u0165a\u017eovan\u00fd. \u013dudia, ktor\u00ed pracuj\u00fa telesne, by sa mali venova\u0165 po\u010das odpo\u010dinku sk\u00f4r du\u0161evnej \u010dinnosti. \u013dudia pracuj\u00faci du\u0161evne zase aktivit\u00e1m telesn\u00fdm. Akt\u00edvny odpo\u010dinok je nielen efekt\u00edvnej\u0161\u00ed ako odpo\u010dinok pas\u00edvny, prispieva aj k v\u0161estrannej\u0161iemu rozvoju osobnosti. Pas\u00edvny odpo\u010dinok m\u00e1 tvori\u0165 len men\u0161iu \u010das\u0165 n\u00e1\u0161ho odpo\u010dinku.<br \/>\nVe\u013ea \u013eud\u00ed vie pracova\u0165, ale nevedia odpo\u010d\u00edva\u0165. V prvom rade treba pochopi\u0165, \u017ee odpo\u010dinok nie je ni\u010dnerobenie. Le\u0148o\u0161enie je nie\u010do \u00faplne in\u00e9. A podobne ako alkoholik \u2013 ke\u010f nepije, m\u00e1 abstinen\u010dn\u00ed pr\u00edznaky \u2013, aj vorkoholik, ke\u010f chv\u00ed\u013eu nepracuje, za\u010dne by\u0165 nepokojn\u00fd, nerv\u00f3zny, roztr\u017eit\u00fd. Hovor\u00ed si: \u201eNi\u010d nerob\u00edm, len sed\u00edm, mal by som u\u017e zase nie\u010do robi\u0165, takto je to len strata \u010dasu&#8230;\u201c Odpo\u010dinok je v\u0161ak taktie\u017e \u010dinnos\u0165. Ak odpo\u010d\u00edvam, kon\u00e1m odpo\u010dinok \u2013 ktor\u00fd  ma uschop\u0148uje k \u010fal\u0161ej pr\u00e1ci. Niektor\u00ed by si preto mali osvoji\u0165 pojem \u201erobi\u0165 odpo\u010dinok\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010fte ku mne v\u0161etci, ktor\u00ed sa nam\u00e1hate a ste pre\u0165a\u017een\u00ed; ja v\u00e1m d\u00e1m odpo\u010dinutie!
