Civilizovan\u00fd svet, ktor\u00fd sa st\u00e1le viac vz\u010fa\u013euje od \u017eivota s pr\u00edrodou, sa oproti tomu iba sna\u017e\u00ed predch\u00e1dza\u0165 podobn\u00fdm katastrof\u00e1m vym\u00fd\u0161\u013ean\u00edm drah\u00fdch pr\u00edstrojov na indik\u00e1ciu mimoriadnych pr\u00edrodn\u00fdch javov \u2013 ale tie n\u00e1m predsa pon\u00faka sama pr\u00edroda! \u010c\u00edm viac prest\u00e1vame \u017ei\u0165 v s\u00falade s pr\u00edrodou, t\u00fdm viac si mus\u00edme vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 vlastn\u00e9 poriadky a ur\u010dova\u0165 denn\u00fd a t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00fd rytmus, ak\u00fd by n\u00e1m dlhodobo vyhovoval. Nov\u00e1 sloboda, ktor\u00fa sme si na pr\u00edrode vymohli prostredn\u00edctvom technicky podmienenej nez\u00e1vislosti, si vy\u017eaduje nov\u00fd poriadok. <b>Bez \u0161trukturovan\u00e9ho d\u0148a a bez \u010dasov\u00e9ho poriadku narast\u00e1 stres a nespokojnos\u0165<\/b>. Pomocou pevn\u00e9ho denn\u00e9ho poriadku, obnoven\u00e9ho rytmu pr\u00e1ce a odpo\u010dinku, by sme v\u0161ak mohli znova navr\u00e1ti\u0165 do svojho \u017eivota pokoj a poriadok.<br \/>\nNavonok, v pr\u00e1ci, aj v s\u00fakrom\u00ed pre\u017e\u00edvame stratu poriadku, zvy\u0161uj\u00face sa o\u010dak\u00e1vania, po\u017eiadavky a povinnosti, a narastaj\u00faci tlak \u010dasu \u2013 skracuje sa \u010das na rozvoj, prest\u00e1vky a dozrievanie.
